Professional Experience
Current Project:
- On-Site Safety Management overseeing five Associate Safety Consultants
- Current program managager supporting decontamination and demolition of a major manufacturing facility
- Additional responsibilities include sustaining EHS support for two manufacturing facilities. Facilitate safety coodinator meetings, foreman meetings and provided coaching in the field.
- Provide on-site tool and facility design review and support for 300mm tool install ramp at a leading manufacturing facility to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state codes, local codes, and general safety standards and best industry practices
- On-Site Safety Manager for HGC in the construction and start-up of a leading manufacturing facility. Supervised safety staff of 9 field safety technicians and three project assistants
- Complete responsibility for the safety program for 3000 craft field hands. Managed 40+ contractor safety personnel as extended staff. Facilitated Safety Coordinator meetings, Foreman meetings and provided coaching in the field
- Facilitated Injury/Incident reviews and implemented and ensured corrective actions were taken
- Implemented & Managed safety programs including a Site Observation Program, Behavioral workshops & seminars, client EHS Workstation managing man hours & injuries, and Pre-task planning. Administered specialized training programs including fall protection, LOTO, EEW, scaffolding training, and "aerial lift" training
- Responsibilities include a comprehensive review of current client safety programs, policies, and procedures as well as sub-contractor safety programs
- Incident Command for ERT Team
- Provided on-site support as site safety coodinator for construction of a clean room expansion for a major manufacturing facility. This support includes toolbox meetings, foreman meetings, training and coaching in the field. Managed four client safety technicians and coordinated sub-contractor safety personnel to ensure and maintain a safe work environment
- Applied an installation safety sign-off program in support of most aggressive manufacturing facility ramps in history. Support areas include all functional process areas and base buiding facilities and utilities systems
